Dinner at 9!

In France, people eat dinner much later than we Americans do. They get around to sitting down at the table around eight or nine at night.

I love that! I love to come home and take my time, wind down, relax, talk with the kids, read some of my book before getting up and cooking. It is very civilized. After eight years of eating late, I cannot imagine eating at six!
