Yum! Sooooo delicious! Pate-en-Croute is pâté baked inside a delicate crust. There are all sorts of Pate-en-Croute: Richilieu with fois gras in the center (see photo), forestier with meat and mushrooms or the one we had for lunch today, chicken with sun dried tomatoes.
The best way to eat Pate-en-Croute with a nice green salad, a crusty french baguette and a gorgeous glass of cote du rhone.
